We process payments within 24 hours after payment has been made; once payment has been confirmed, we'll process your order within 2 working days.

Yes! We'll send you a confirmation email with a link to your Order Status, there, you can see the tracking number.


Q4. How long is your delivery time?

Products sold by Suppliers vs by have different delivery times depending on your location; you can check it under Shipping when you view a product.

Q5. How do I know if it's sold by Bella Donna?

When you view a product, you can find it under "Vendor:".

Q6. Do I pay customs tax?

For items sold by Supplier, yes.

For items sold by Bella Dona, there's no need!


Q7I have a question regarding my order, how can I contact you guys?
